Amla Triphala Juice – Manufacturing Process

For an Ayurvedic/herbal juice manufacturing unit, the process can generally be presented like this:

1. Raw Material Selection

Amla and Triphala ingredients are inspected for identity, quality and cleanliness.

2. Cleaning & Sorting

Raw materials are cleaned and sorted to remove foreign matter and unsuitable material.

3. Processing / Extraction

The ingredients undergo controlled processing to obtain the desired herbal extract or juice base.

4. Filtration

The liquid is filtered to remove unwanted suspended particles and obtain a uniform preparation.

5. Formulation & Blending

The processed ingredients are blended with the other formulation ingredients according to the approved formulation.

6. Quality Control

The batch is checked for relevant parameters such as appearance, pH, microbial quality and other specifications applicable to the product.

7. Filling & Sealing

The finished juice is filled into cleaned bottles under controlled hygienic conditions and sealed.

8. Labelling & Packaging

Bottles are labelled, packed and batch-coded.

9. Final Inspection & Dispatch

Finished goods undergo final checks before being released for dispatch.
